Terms of service.
Service Agreement: Monica’s Maid Services agrees to provide cleaning services to the client in accordance with this agreement. The client agrees to pay for the services in accordance with the rates and terms outlined in this agreement.
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due within 7 days of the date of invoice. Any amounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 10% per month.
Schedule and Frequency: The cleaning company will provide cleaning services on the schedule agreed upon by both parties. If the client requests changes to the schedule, the cleaning company will make every effort to accommodate these changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Monica’s Maid Services will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. You must supply your own mop for hygiene reasons.
Access to Premises: The client agrees to provide the cleaning company with access to the premises to be cleaned at the agreed upon times. The client agrees to secure all valuables and remove any obstructions to cleaning.
Liability and Insurance: Monica’s Maid Services will be responsible for any damage to the client’s premises caused by the cleaning company’s negligence. The cleaning company will maintain liability insurance and will provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Confidentiality: The cleaning company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the course of providing cleaning services to the client.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996.
Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
